Michael Halperin

Michael Halperin has spent over thirty years in the business world in an unusually diverse array of organizations and functions. His leadership expertise includes sales, marketing,  product development, customer support, technical operations and professional services. He has led four IT Services practices, has consulted with over two dozen companies and founded two start-up companies. In addition to being a founding Member of ProcessWorks™, Michael also works as an Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). Michael took on both ventures with the same goal in mind; to help other business leaders get what they want from their businesses. Michael holds an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, and resides in Pittsburgh, PA.

Sarah Halperin

Sarah Halperin is an experienced facilitator with a passion for education, beginning her career as a public speaker and discussion leader at the age of 16. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Communication she worked as a public speaking instructor at the University of Kansas, then went on to transition into her career in Operations. Over the course of her career she has risen to sit in a multitude of seats across diverse industries including Non-Profit Health Care, Business Process Outsourcing, and Steel Manufacturing. Her past roles have included Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Supply Chain Management, and Training Coordination. Sarah helped found ProcessWorks™ with the goal of helping the people at the heart of the businesses to find more clarity and become more fulfilled with their daily grind. She resides in Pittsburgh, PA.
