Michael Halperin

Michael Halperin is the creator of the ProcessWorks methodology. His 40-plus year career spans an unusually diverse array of organizations and functions. That includes seven years as a Business Process Management specialist, beginning as an entry-level analyst and culminating as Principal with a multi-million dollar Business Process consultancy. Since then, he has led four IT Services practices and founded or co-founded five start-ups. In addition to his role as founder and Visionary with ProcessWorks, Michael works with SMB’s as a Certified Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating

System (EOS®). EOS focuses on achieving excellence in the Six Key Components TM of a business, one of which is the Process component. Working initially with his EOS clients on their Process component, Michael leveraged his Business Process expertise to develop the ProcessWorks methodology. Michael resides in Harmony, PA with his wife Mary.
